Please read these Terms of Service completely using www.pioneerparty.net which is owned and operated by Pioneer Party, LLC. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at www.pioneerparty.net.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of Pioneer Party, LLC and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

Pioneer Party, LLC reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of Utah, United States.

Changes to This Agreement

Pioneer Party, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Your Nowhere Town site immediately.

Shipping Information

We use the United States Postal Office as means of shipping the products ordered on www.pioneerparty.net. Most orders are processed and shipped from the storefront in Lehi, Utah, within 2-3 days. All shipments are sent Priority Mail, which will differ depending upon the chosen shipment destination.

Re-Sale Terms

Products that are hand-made by Pioneer Party, LLC, and sold on www.pioneerparty.net are not available or authorized to re-sell on an etsy account, Amazon store, or any other online site or internet site, unless written permission and terms are agreed upon.

Other Information

We reserve the right to refuse business to any individual or company without prior notice. We reserve the right for pricing to change on any or all products, regardless of quotes given over the phone, email, or by www.pioneerparty.net. Pictures used on www.pioneerparty.net cannot be used for personal or commercial use.

Returns

We do not allow returns on hand-made gifts and/or candy or food items. If any other product is not satisfactory, contact us by email with the subject "RETURN" and we will get back to you as soon as time permits.
