Specialty Balloon - Topiary

A topiary is a fun way to decorate for any event or party! It is made of 12 11" latex balloons, ribbon, and a balloon base.

Please specify colors and we will match them as closely as possible.

Pick up times need to be between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm and we will need 24 HOURS leeway from the time you place your order.  If you need it sooner than that, please call the store to place your order.
